HEALTH: Mastering the Mantras of Kundalini Yoga with Maya Fiennes



I’m more mindful lately of ways to better manage chronic pain through holistic healing, and pleased to share the following video series with my blog visitors at the onset of June (countdown to summer solstice). Based on the practice of Kundalini yoga, classical pianist and performer Maya Fiennes eases you into routine meditation practice with specially selected mantras for each session.

Be gentle with yourself and allow enough time to get acquainted with the arrangement of sounds, words and phrases intended to encourage a deeper spiritual, psychic and physical connection when directly combined with yoga.
